By accessing or using this website (www.reclaim-your-health.co.uk) (“Site”) and/or by booking or using any services provided by Nathalie Agnus (“we / us / our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

 

1. Definitions & Interpretation

1.1 Client / You / Your: any person who uses the Site, requests information, books a consultation, purchases remedies, or otherwise uses our services.
1.2 Services: homeopathic consultations, treatment plans, recommendations, online or in-person consultations, remedy supply, follow-ups, and any related services.

1.3 Appointment: a scheduled consultation (in-person or via video/phone) with Nathalie Agnus or her authorized team.
1.4 Content: all text, images, audio, video, code, and other material on the Site or in communications.
1.5 Terms: these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other documentation we refer to.

2. Use of the Website & Content

2.1 You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2 The content provided is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional advice.
2.3 You must not reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute our content for commercial or public use (unless we provide express permission).
2.4 You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g. introducing malware, hacking, overloading servers, reverse engineering).
2.5 We may suspend or withdraw the Site (or parts of it) at any time without notice.

3. Appointments & Services

3.1 Booking: you can book consultations through the Site, by email, or by other means we provide. You agree to provide accurate information (name, contact, health details).
3.2 Confirmation / Payment: appointments may be confirmed only after payment or deposit, as specified.
3.3 Cancellation / Rescheduling: you must provide advance notice (e.g. 24-48 hours or as per our policy) to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
3.4 Remedies: if we supply homeopathic remedies, you agree to use them as directed. Remedies are subject to availability; substitutions may occur.
3.5 Follow-ups: we may recommend follow-up consultations; you are responsible for adhering to them and for monitoring how you respond.

4. Health, Medical Disclaimer & Scope of Practice

4.1 No guarantee of cure: Homeopathy is an approach to wellness; we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
4.2 Not a substitute for medical care: Our services are complementary and not a replacement for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. You must not delay or discontinue conventional medical care based on our advice without consulting your medical doctor.
4.3 Your responsibility: You must tell us relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, changes in health, or emergency symptoms.
4.4 Online limitations: If consultations are remote (video / phone), we rely on your self-reporting of symptoms; remote diagnosis has inherent limitations.
4.5 Local laws & regulations: You are responsible for ensuring that homeopathic treatment via remote means is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Fees & Payment

5.1 Our fees for consultations, follow-ups, and remedies will be clearly stated before booking.
5.2 Payment is due as specified (e.g. at booking, in advance, or at consultation).
5.3 Refunds: we may or may not offer refunds (except where required by law). If we offer a refund policy, it must be detailed separately.
5.4 Late payments: we reserve the right to charge interest or refuse further services until payment is settled.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

6.1 All intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, design) on the Site and in our materials belong to us or our licensors.
6.2 You may download or print one copy of pages for personal, non-commercial use only, as long as you keep all copyright or proprietary notices intact.
6.3 If you provide feedback, suggestions, or content (e.g. testimonial), you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, modify, and publish it.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our officers, employees, agents) harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services or content.

We may include links to other websites, resources, or partner services. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on the Site, with an updated “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Site or services after changes, you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or other courts as allowed by your domicile or applicable law).

13. Severability & Waiver

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
